Virtual Urgent Care Clinic
Non-emergency virtual medical visit appointments are available Monday to Friday, from 8:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. To request a visit or to find out if a virtual visit is right for you, visit the Virtual Urgent Care page on the Grey-Bruce Health Services website.
Note: If you are in severe distress, experiencing a medical emergency, or your symptoms worsen while you wait, please call 911 or go to your nearest Emergency Department.

Home and Community Care Support Services (HCCSS)
Home and Community Care Support Services (HCCSS) assesses for, coordinates, and delivers in-home and community-based services to support patient health and well-being. They provide access and referrals to community services, and manage long-term care home placement.

Keystone offers a range of multidisciplinary, responsive programming and mental health support for children, youth and families across Grey-Bruce by self-referral and referral by a care provider.

Mental Health Crisis Line of Grey Bruce
This line is staffed by trained volunteers and is available to help people in distress or crisis. Staff are available to speak with you 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
